Dont fall for the Oil change for life anywhere scam. When I bought my vehicle we asked and were told I could take it anywhere that was certified to work on the vehicles and has the "sticker certifications" displayed. Perfect for military personnel who can go anywhere in the country they said, its only for Virginia locations sadly.

Worst ever Gil(bald head sales man) sold me a beautiful lemon! I purchased a Buick Enclave in August of last year and by December of last year it was broke down needing 3 Cadillac converters replaced spark plugs and a new engine. That I had to pay out of pocket because the converters are not in my warranty and considered pre-existing! I'm making payments on a vehicle that is broke down!!!! DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM THEM!!!!!!!Gil hung up on me when I told him he sold me a lemon!!!!!!!! My First vehicle I purchased that has turned into a nightmare!!!! They also lie about returning calls and helping you out!!!! Kris Blake is one of the main ones!!!!!

Went in for one thing at the service department. Made it very clear about my intentions for a service and diagnosis that would have been covered by the manufacturer. They told me all of the things that were wrong with my car which were not things that I was prioritizing at the time due to the coverage from the manufacturer expiring. Rip. Off. They will take advantage of you if you are a woman and a minority. Please take your services elsewhere if either of those things apply to you.
