One of the worst experiences ever, test drove a "new" Jeep Grand Cherokee that overheated and started smoking. Sales person was good and knowledgable however the General Manager is clearly the downfall of the dealership, which is why the dealership is located in a tent.
Sales was fine - Service sucks. I took my $60,000 Ram Diesel Dually in for service with only 10,000 miles on it because of a horrible death wobble at 50 mph. They said they had balanced and checked the tires and checked all front end parts and everything looked fine. It also had an oil leak and they said they could not fix it because they didn't have a level 3 diesel technician to replace a front crankseal gasket. Took it to a different dealer 2 weeks later and they said the front end was over 4 lbs out of balance (2.5 left, 2 right), and they would need to replace the trackbar, steering damper, ball joints and drag links because of damage done from the wobble. Also said there was no gasket leak, just that the previous technician didn't clear the oil overfill drain tube and the oil filter was loose. DON'T go there for service.
What a pleasure to deal with. I took my wife there to look at The Jeep Trailhawk. Ron the Sales Manager tried to find her the Jeep she wanted. When it seemed to be no luck he took her behind the counter and ordered her Jeep to Spec. Never have I seen that happen. Then my mom and dad went to test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee The entire sales staff remembered my wife and I from our order. They treated my parents with nothing but What can we do for you. We stop in to get our free car wash and are welcomed with open arms. Truly a pleasure to deal with.
I had a great experience at Ourisman two weeks ago. We went in to test drive a Charger for our son. Our Salesperson was Vincenzo who was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make a deal we were happy with. Ron Ward, the Sales Manager, and Chris Brown, the Finance Manager were very pleasant to deal with. My wife saw a 300 there, and they all worked overtime to get that deal done as well. I read negative reviews for this dealership before we went, so I had low expectations, but after my experience there, I would recommend anybody to stop there, just ask for Vincenzo!
Once they fix what they didn't do the first time I will never go here again. $737 later and what they said they did they didn't. Save the frustration and go somewhere else. Now I have to waste another day having them do what they should have done the first time. If I could give them a 0 star I would worse dealership ever, you would think after buying a 65K Ram the work would be done right.
