Purchase a car and I had to come back numerous time. First time for an update, then I had to keep coming back due to it having more issues. I was told Ill get a new one and they were not able to assist me and told me I had to reach to corporate, still no car, horrible f.. service. Worse part I was recommended by a friend to come here. Never again, I dont understand how a $100K vehicle can have so many issues and a dealership is unable to help.
It took 5 business days for them to install a Landrover hitch package they provided no information for and during the installation the service department damaged the vehicle. There are no loaner cars ever available, and they do not inform you unless you inquire. Be advised you will be left on foot at the service appointment. Months later, I am still waiting for them to repair the damages they caused to the vehicle and I have been and am still waiting for a response from the service supervisor Mark.

I am rating this place with four stars, my sales person Walter was excellent. He treated us with respect and very informative. my bad experience was when it was time to do the contract the sales manager Jerry Bender had no courtesy or respect for me as customer. The minute i said not going purchase extended warranty he tried selling me, Mr. Bender became rude and arrogant. The customer has a right to decline any services that they don't need. But this gentleman was rude and made me feel humiliated. He did not even looked happy to sell the car.
We came from Connecticut to look at a vehicle. My husband called in the morning to make surr the truck was still available he was told it was so we decide to take the hour plus drive to only find out on arrival it was sold and not even at this location. We both we're frustrated it was a big waste of our time.
