Steve Ponte Jr made sure that my new lease went perfectly smooth! I had a severe leg injury back in September and could not go to the dealership to process my new lease on my 2021 Chevy Equinox. Don't waste your money here, they'll screw you over. I was browsing their inventory via their website, and they had a car listed for a sale price that I liked. So I called them, and when I inquired about the car, they told me that the car was listed at the wrong price, but they offered to sell it to me at double the price. I obviously wasn't going to buy a car double my budget, and as soon as they hung up the phone they changed the price online. I am completely upset. I had already called my bank to make sure I'd be eligible for a loan and then this happens. I'll be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission today. Scams like this are illegal. The sad thing is they'll be losing a lot more in legal fees and possible fines than they would've had they sold me the car at the price it was listed at.
