Absolutely a joke of a dealeeship! They said that i need certain amount down and i was good to go! Waited 7 hrs to hear back 4 minutes to close, just for them to tell me just need 1700 more just to get approved! Hopefully they have better salesman they what i dealt with hes a joke! First dealership i have been to that they didnt do what they could to sell you something...
If you like buying a car, signing documents saying items were replaced but in fact they were not, then Pilson is right for you! Bought a SUV with a pretty easy going transaction. Was told to call the sales manager to discuss price and that he would be there all day... called a few times and left voicemail because... he wasn't there. He never called back. Okay, no biggie. I made the effort and talked to another associate the next evening. No worries. Signed documents when we bought the SUV stating items were replaced before putting it for sale. Great! When we pick up the car, AC blower is not working once we get into the car. They let us know they will look into it. Things happen. Still ok. The part wasn't replaced like they said it was on the signed documents. (Kind of makes you question what else was just signed off on and not checked) they will get it replaced for us... but the part is back ordered. There was little to no communication unless we reached out. We bought a vehicle for the reason that we needed one. There was no offer for a loaner even though we already purchased this vehicle from them and they sent it away to their Illinois dealership. We didn't know they sent it way until I called and they couldn't find a record of the vehicle being at their location at that time. 40 plus days later, we finally get the car back. "We will get the SUV cleaned up for you before you pick it up." All 4 floor mats had grass and dirt on them... Another lie. Cool. Last thing is the non-negotiable $350 top brake light flicker which is supposed to help rear end collisions. That's fine but it just looks like our top brake light is about to die for a second. Doesn't look anything like other vehicles I see on the road with the same feature. Didn't want to say anything about it because they already had it for over 40 days. Another QC issue. The only positive is Jacob the salesman. Good job to you. You did your job well. Not pleased with most of this transaction with Pilson.
