I'd like to start out saying that Mike Andersen is the best sales person there! He went above and beyond to help me as I was an out-of-state purchaser. He worked with me for a month until I could get over there to purchase the car. I am in LOVE with my new car. I am NOT in love with the people behind the scenes. It took just shy of a month to get my paperwork and title. The gentleman doing financing told us he would send the papers that week. I paid cash and don't understand why it: A. Took close to 2 hours of waiting to do all of the actual purchase paperwork. B. Why it took 5 calls to figure out where my paperwork was. Not getting that delayed me getting my plates. I was close to the end of my 30 days. Super disappointed by the people in charge of the paperwork but VERY happy with Mike, my sales person. The car is in excellent condition and I am super happy with my purchase overall!

Service rarely answers and when you do get a chance to go in for an appointment they leave you wanting. I did 3 stars because I've never purchased any of my Subarus from them. I prefer to travel to Champaign for my cars and that dealership will even send me parts for cheaper when I need them.

My wife and I purchased a 2015 Ford Escape from Uftring Automall about a month ago and we had the pleasure of working with the Sales Consultant, Josh Noll. The car-buying experience was hassle-free from end to end, very candid, not pushy at all. Josh was extremely friendly and relatable and I enjoyed my experience with him. Unfortunately we've had a string of bad luck within the first month of having the car. My wife hit a deer on the way to work. I called Josh to see if he could help us out with securing us a loaner and he personally went to the service department to get information for me, even though this isn't his main responsibility. Their service department is very responsive and friendly as well. Overall, great people and great dealer to buy a vehicle from.

I started out having a pleasant experience but quickly turned poorly. I was trading in my car, and the salesman kept pushing me to start the purchase of another car without telling me the trade-in value. Finally he came back with a trade-in that was almost scrap value, and another dealership was giving me more than double the value of uftring. I let the sales guy know, and he told me to go after the other deal. Conveniently my license somehow got left at uftring and when I called to see if they could fax it, the salesman had a very unprofessional attitude.
