Overprice their cars and then refuse to negotiate. Preying on the uninformed and unintelligent buyer. LOL!
Sales department is pretty good, they do everything to get you the car you want. But I would avoid the service department at any price. It seems like everyone work there just hate their job and don't really wanna be there. If they treat you unfairly at the service department when they know they are 100% wrong on top of that they don't even apologize, call Chevy Corporate and file a complaint.
Without a doubt one of the best service experiences I have ever had at any dealership. I am a long GMC customer and took it into Chevy for an oil change. The staff, facilities, and service were great. It is very obvious that Faulkner puts much effort into making sure their service department is first rate. Thank you. Tony Ciro

I have had a horrible experience thus far with Faulkner Chevrolet. We bought a used car and they said they did a wonderful inspection but we have had numerous problems within the first 6 months of buying it. The service center is always full and is outrageously priced. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
