I dropped my Jeep of on the 21st of august because of an oil lick at 14 thousand miles I was told it will be done by mid week the fallowing week which I figured by Wednesday or Thursday didnt get a call I called Friday the 28 they told me its not ready it will be done on Monday 31st again no calls I called again on Tuesday and I was told its not ready till Friday again when I called again on Friday they told me they are a little behind and will be ready on Tuesday the 8th today is Wednesday the 9th I had to call again because nobody bother to call and I was told it will be done by Friday the 11th but no guarantee these is getting frustrating and Im being tired of being lied to

Had such a great experience here buying my mom a new jeep. Kirk, Jason, David and Chris were all wonderful in helping my Mom & I find something perfect for her. We even met the service side Brittany and Kirk and both were such a pleasure to work with during this process. If we ever need service or to purchase another car...this is the place we will go! I hate to be the 1 star guy but when its deserved, its deserved. Had a few recall notices I thought Id get addressed so I called and asked when I can get in. The young lady on the phone said they were all software issues and can be handled Saturday morning. When I asked should I be there prior to opening so I can get in and out she replied that I can have an early appointment (9:15am). I arrived at 9:00 and asked where to go a young man said at the end of the line which was down the street (approximately 25+ cars). I waited till my appt time and didnt move a single car length. Total waste of time. Showing up without and appointment is different than having an appointment (in most cases)...
