I've had had 2 bad experiences there, both times my vehicle sat there for near 3weeks when I decided to find out what's going on, i had actual appointment times aswell!! who pushes fixing a vehicle or calling with updates for that long?? I don't know wat the service manager is managing?? But it's not obviously his employees , honestly very irritated...
Terribly long waits to get vehicle serviced and not very responsive on even the most basic inquiries. Range Rover dealership run more like a Used car and maintenance shop. Whats worse, is Ive had every person I know in town that owns a Land Rover tell me their experiences are the same. Time to upgrade operations of this place before the new models come out or Im going to Appleton to get my next Range Rover.

Anton is an amazing service advisor! Anytime something comes up he is able to let me know and explain it out to where we understand what's going on. Very personable as are the other service advisors. Waiting area is great!

There are issues with service not getting back to you on time. Dont waste your time leaving a message as it will not be returned. Also, cant get in for service for weeks. Had to get my tires and oil change somewhere else and it ended up being way cheaper. The only service is when they ratchet the money out of your wallet. The lack of energy in the entire dealership really drags you down when you come in. Used to be so much better.
