2005 Chrysler 300C, love it. Very bad experience with service department. Engine overheated two weeks ago. Paid exorbitant repair price to replace water pump and thermostat. Last week overheated again and was informed the previous overheating had caused a rupture in hose/radiator connection and needed a new radiator. Why wasn't I informed of this condition on original repair??? No, I had to be inconvenienced again. Picked up vehicle again and A/C wasn't working! Immediately returned it and service tech agreed and thought the compressor might not be working, but would "check it out". While waiting, I expressed my concern with the service manager who was extremely hostile and basically said that the A/C failure was coincidental and what did I expect with such an "old" car.The tech informed that vehicle was a little low on Freon and did I want to spend another $99 to charge. I refused, told the Service Manager I would never come back(she couldn't have cared less) got into my car and left the dealership and, magically, the A/C worked! Obviously, they repaired what they had neglected previously, but still tried to charge me for a Freon charge. Don't trust this dealership.

Had vehicle for 4 days to do an alignment, still couldnt get it straight. Reason I needed a alignment was bc they replaced my steering column.... started having a squeaky dash ever since.... took it to a different dealer and they confirmed none of the bolts were tightened down. Dont waste your time at this dealership.
