I took my Mazda CX-5 to them for a dim daytime running light, a safety recall. They fixed it fine. 18 months later, the same issue is occurring. However, Mazda will only support safety recalls once. Therefore, despite it being a Mazda issue that they are aware of, they will not cover it. The dealership needs to work with Mazda to assure that safety recalls are truly fixed.

2 hrs for an oil change because of misplaced work order. The young service writer handled it 100% correctly. He explained, apologized, and service was free. I understand that stuff happens, the key is handling it correctly. It was.

I live in VA, but closer to Frederick than Tysons Corner. I received a recall notice in the mail and decided to use this dealership for the repairs. I called and the advisor said he needed a week to get the parts, then theyd call me to schedule the work. 10 months later I have yet to hear from this dealer. I must assume as a consumer this must reflect on a top down attitude towards customer service and satisfaction. Its one thing when theres a service issue thats open to several points of view. However, this issue is self-inflicted. I would, and personally will, avoid this dealer at all cost when replacing our Mazda. I can not recommend this dealer. Follow Up- Its been two months since the dealership replied to me that they wanted a few days to find out about the breakdown per the comments below. Crickets...This only validates my experiences. I phoned the dealer in Tysons Corner, and set the appointment on the spot. They indicated the parts would be available in a matter of days, if not less, and theyd be happy to do the work. A much different response and outcome. I wonder who earned my business and who should earn yours?
