My son has a 2013 Dodge dart. That he bought that he bought from Sarasota Sunset Dodge but five years ago he was a single dad with two daughters there was a recall on the shift bushings that he had to have his car towed down there paid for that they charged him $200 for a diagnostic for the recall they said that the bushings were not bad . But they replaced anyways because they were a recall. They said the shift cable was broke and they could not get the part. I told him to have his car towed to Bradenton to my mechanic. My son ordered the shift cable off a rock auto parts. The shift cable was removed and found that the bushings that were apparently replaced under warranty was never replaced by sunset .my mechanic replaced the bushings the car is running perfectly. The shift cable was not broke so my son is sending the shift cable back to rock auto to see if he can get his money back. Not quite sure what Sunset Sarasota Dodge is trying to poll but its not good . I wonder how many other people that they pulled something like this on them what a disgrace I wouldnt recommend these people to anybody ! This is true not someone just being mad. What a shame!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sales manager Charles gave me the worst experience Ive had at this dealership. He wouldnt answer my questions about a buyout. He wouldnt explain the almost $2000 dollars in extra fees they wanted to add on to my leasing companies quote of what the buyout total was. He laughed at me on the phone for not understanding the buyout process and hanged the phone up on me when I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint. He also told me to take my business to another dealership. What a way to treat a customer. Ive posted my experience on social media so that the mopar group Im apart of which has 1000 mopar owning members know how business is done here
