Worst dealership!!!!!! James who is supposed to be the sales manager never even returned my call I had to call back a week later and when I asked for him he didn't even take my call he had the operator answer my call. After spending $144,000.00 on a maserati gran turismo call me crazy but I expect better service than that. I have purchased a total of 5 porsche's and now a maserati from Rusnak and I will never step foot in that dealership again. i would rather pay more for my cars but actually get the service I deserve after spending that kind of money. The owners of Rusnak should be more mindful of who is actually running the show over there because I have heard nothing but bad things about that place. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with those snobs at rusnak and go somewhere where people will actually respect you.
Matt, It is as disappointing to us as it is to you that we were not able to consummate the intended sale with you. In reviewing the details with Koni and Julia, they both feel that you were all working together well and had a good rapport until they ran into some obstacles that were beyond our control. It goes without saying that it would be inappropriate for us to discuss the details in a public forum such as this. I am disappointed that you felt it appropriate to post a negative review when the reasons that precluded a transaction being concluded had nothing to do with us or the service we provided you. Maybe one of the worst service as far as car dealerships from the sellers Koni and Giulia, especially when a customer is spending 100k for a new car. Sellers only desperately trying to give away cars without caring for customers or service. If car is no longer available they just simply disregard people without the minimum respect to follow up. Bad representatives for a company as Rusnak.

Horrible service at parts dept. called for type of brake pads my 2017 Ghibli needs because I was getting conflicting estimates from different shops and wanted to verify it by VIN .salesman tells me that he needs to transfer me to the team that has access to that perticular catalog. transferred me to oblivion...
