I took my jeep in for a diagnostic ($130.) They told me that it was the fan unit and it would cost $1700. It must of been made with gold electrical wire. I took it home and ordered a fan unit exact part number for$450. It took 20 min. To install. How do they figure $1200. In labor? I hate cheats

I will give 5 stars to Felipe Robles!!! was a super and very attentive, mind you I was a hard sale , purchased my vehicle ,well over a years salary and was going to be given a lil gift ..so it's raining cats n dogs nobody buying anything ..there was a office with a few men "MARK VANDER WOUDE Sales Manager" asked if I had a slip. I said no then he said I wasn't going to get one and I said I was told I be given something I seen a cheap cup said I wasn't going to get without slip ..you think this so called manager would make sure the customer is happy... Poor customer service from him not very unprofessional ...
