We certainly are not going to take criticism from somebody that gave CZONE a negative review because we wouldnt lower our price. Does Wegmans lower their price on milk if you feel the price is to high? CZONE is not a flea market. Its pretty pathetic that you interpreted us not wanting to lower our price as an argument. FYI ANY business that refuses to bargain their prices is no basis for a negative review.

Clearly the owner can not handle judgement or criticism from others. I have went here before and the owner argued with me about the price to fix my playstation 3. "It would be better to just buy a new one instead of fixing it. You can find a cheap one on Ebay" Well I did get my playstation 3 fixed for half of the price this guy said. And it was fixed about a year ago, it still works as if it were new. P.s. check around before you go here. This place may be a 2nd choice or last choice depending on what needs to be fixed. Edit: The reply to this review does not make any sense. When I was there you did not provide any information about why it costed however much it costed. That is the reason I gave you a bad review. You failed to provide reasons of why it costed as much as you said it would. Please take criticism professionally.

Is very thorough and does good detail work. May take a little while but if he has an idea of what to do to fix your device he will do it. There's no promises without Solutions here and he will guarantee his work. The only caveat is to know that the owner is very straight to the point, it does not particularly like small talk so know what you need when you get there and be direct and you will be fine. Great service to use

Michael at C-Zone is a true gentleman. The motherboard on my 2 year old Dell decided to die one day and Michael at C-Zone went way above and beyond the call of service! Unlike the folks at Geek Squad, Michael did not tell me to just go and buy a new computer, but instead, helped me to find the most cost effective way of repairing my perfectly good laptop. He also helped me with the logistics of shipping to a place that was able to fix it. I would recommend C-Zone and in particular, Michael! Hey Storm, nice of you to leave a review even though you are not a customer of CZONE. Seems like this is a habit for you to complain about prices based on your other reviews. But because you are just a little kid, everything is going to sound pricy to you. If you really knew what you were talking about you would know that CZONE prices are competitive, if not cheaper, than others around. This place is pricey. If you wanna repair your cell phone screen then look around first before going here because the guy there charges more then others. So here is my personal experience with this place. The past time I went to this place was to repair my phone screen since it was cracked. The guy said the repair would be over 200 for just the front. (I think it was 279.99 or something like that) He said it was so high because of the screen and he also put labor into it as well. I went around and found another place that can repair my phone screen and do the manufacturer's testing on it as well and replace the outside of the phone for less of the price czone gave me. So I went with the other company. (My phone is an S10 and it does cost a lot to repair since I did my research) (Edited to respond to the reply from czone) P.S. for czone guy. When you reply to criticism and people who post things that are not good. Utilize it as an opportunity to help make your company better. Not looking at those who post bad reviews and replying they have a history of doing so. If you want to do research then do it on prices. Literally look around and compair your prices to others prices for similar things you have or jobs you have done. I have stopped in this place a few times for other things to see how much it would be to repair them but I never got them repaired here. Due to the high cost. The story that I gave is an actual experience and my brother was with me. So please do not say it was false and try to get me to give a better review when it was a bad experience. Also. The reviews that I give are honest. They may be brutal but they are how it is. I will not sugar coat it like you want. Your business is expensive and it does not provide good work. Try to fix your errors and learn from bad reviews. This is what leads to bad reviews.
