My experience was not a great one. Bought a voucher from groupon for laser removal of large area. Kindly note a large area should be understood in the terms and conditions of the company (half hand, not even hollywood removal), you have to read in terms and conditions not assume that a large area means something like that. Misleading! Do not recommand!

Usually our call centre informs every client about time of the treatment. We are very sorry if it didnt happen this time. The procedure usually takes around 70 minutes in our clinic. It is fixed appointment time regarding duration. In many cases, multiple treatments are needed to accomplish the desired skin care goal, which was kindly communicated to yourself with all relevant explanation. Generally, a series of deep cleaning facials, as well as a daily skincare regimen designed for your skin type, is recommended for producing ideal results. Our aesthetician recommended having courses of treatment a based on your individual skin needs or concerns for the best results. We are trying hard to satisfy our customers and we appreciate some respect and understanding which goes both ways. Thank you for being our customer and your honest opinion once again. Today I had deep cleansing facial treatment which has turned out a horrible experience. As I have acne prone skin, the lady who done the cleansing didnt clean my whole face and the reason for that was not having enough time to do that.The main problem which upset me the most was that when Ive made the phone call appointment no one told me that the time is limited and I will probably end up with not a full deep cleansing treatment. I completely understand that most of the clients do not have acne prone skin and one hour will be enough for them but the treatment apparently seemed to be available for every skin condition. If I would of been told from the moment Ive made the appointment that the time is longer I would of paid extra if necessary.Eventually I have been left extremely disappointed with not a deep cleansed face as I desired and hoped so. Please to those who have acne prone skin do not waste your time and money to benefit from a service which is not fully provided.

Just had another hair laser treatment with IEVA and again she was just brilliant! Very professional, supportive and attentive. She made me feel very comfortable even though Hollywood bikini hair laser makes me feel a bit nervous. Greatly recommended!
