Edit 11/16/2021: After a small claim hearing. The judge declined your request/claim after reviewing all the paperwork and facts. Court stated that we "Reiners Auto Sales" went above and beyond to make everything right and your request/claim were outrageous and way out of any legal bound. This case/review has been closed. Reply for :Sabel Villatoro,Junyor Ramirez,Milton Bonilla(3 different review but all related to the same vehicle) The actual costumer Sabel Villatoro Bonill a. You purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra with 115K Miles on 5/6/2020(You had 2 people inspect the vehicle before the final purchase, they both gave you the ok) for the amount of $9,000(plus tax, plates, registration and title). 2 Months and 1,900 miles after the purchased you reached out to us with a "driveshaft leak". We had you bring the car to a repair shop. We put the car on the lift and one our technicians explained to you that the driveshaft has no fluid and there's no way that was leaking, we brought you under the car to show that there was no leak of any kind under the car, you didn't understand but said thank you and took the car home. 2+ months and 2,600 miles later(almost 5 months and 4500 miles after the originally purchased of the vehicle) you called us stating that the vehicle had no oil and it had a knock, your mechanic stated the truck needed a new motor. You were out of the lemon law warranty/extended warranty. We offer to give you half of the money for the repair and you became upset and cursed one of sales representatives over the phone. Later that day, you showed up to one of our dealerships screaming and yelling. Our sales representatives asked to calm down and to wait for someone to help you. You decided to call the cops, cops showed up and gave you two options, to take the money we offer or go to small claims. Again you became agitated and loud for the safety of our costumers and sales team we decided to pay for the motor in full. 6 Days later we called you to say the vehicle is ready to be picked up. When you picked up the vehicle you had 3 people with you, one of them a "certified mechanic" they Inspected the truck and said everything was good. You asked our sales manager to give you "lifetime warranty" on the vehicle(obviously there's no such thing specially on vehicle of that age) AGAIN you called the cops. The cops showed up and asked you to either take the truck or go to small claims. You end up taking the vehicle. For the next 2 weeks you kept calling/harassing our sales team and showing up to one our dealers DEMANDING the "Lifetime warranty". December 15,you showed up claiming an oil leak on the oil pan and you wanted all the money back for the vehicle. AGAIN you became aggressive ,loud and obnoxious. We politely asked you to step out of our property for the safety of our employees and costumers. You started yelling from the sidewalk and taking pictures/videos of everyone that came in and out our office. AGAIN you called the cops. Cops showed up ,you gave them your side of the story Then the cops came in and we gave our side of the story, We provided them with all the repairs/paperwork We did to the car EVEN when you were out of the warranty(over $5,500+ in repairs ,along with original bill of sale showing price and date) Even the cops thought your demands were absurd and way out of line. After the police report the cops felt you were being a little unreasonable and your behavior made them put a restraining order on you. As of now you are not allowed in any of the properties due to your behavior, Yet you continued to harass our sales team with phone calls, threats and text messages. We tried our best to resolve this situation and we stand behind every vehicle we sell unfortunately you were unreasonable and unrealistic. We wish you the best!.

Do not buy from him!!! My friend has him in court for selling a bad truck. No good. Try buying somewhere else. He is not good people. When you need a car, buy it from somebody else.
Good afternoon,"Doug Scar" : Your mom did come by today(blue buick),looked at a car that was NOT for sale. No price stickers on the window. She was told the vehicle was NOT for sale, she continued to look around the car and ask question about it,even tried to get into the car after being told it was not for sale, she did not ask to look under the hood, she asked "what does the motor look like" to which our sales Representative jokingly replied "It looks like a motor" they both laughed and your mom then said "I know its a motor, just wanted to make sure there's one in there" and laughed again. If you like a copy of the video and audio you can give us a call and we will be more than happy to provide you one. As far as your previous experience ("about a year ago"),It was explained to you that certain marketing website such as: cars.com,cargurus,autotrader,carfax,will post a "suggested retail value",the price you were looking at was the suggest retail and not our selling price we explained that to you and your mom and you both understood the difference. Obviously you have to trust us a little to come back a SECOND Time. Please if you have any further question or any other concerns, give us a call, our goal is to provide excellent service.

Stopped by looking to see a used vehicle for sale. Walked up to a man that was jumping the battery of a vehicle, asked if it was possible to see the engine under the hood and was told "It looks like an engine". Also, about a year ago, went by to see a used car. Was told the guy lowered the price for us and was a good deal. Looking later online to look up the vin, found the vehicle posted elsewhere for an even lower price online. Rude customer service and dont trust the place
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this auto sales group! I came in looking for a pick up truck after chasing down many dead ends for weeks. Johnny spent a good amount of time with myself and father figuring out what exactly I was looking for and did research to see what he had in his own inventory that would match my criteria in my price range. Never did I feel that I was being pushed or forced into anything I didn't want, which many other places have done. I was also extremely impressed with his in depth knowledge of every vehicle he had on his lot. He and his team set me up in the vehicle of my dreams within just hours, including registration, inspection and they even took care of some minor repairs. They have also been in touch with me since the purchase in regards to small details that I feel most other locations would have never followed up on. I had such an amazing experience that I would recommend Reiners to anyone looking for a good, reliable vehicle!

I am a person that bought a car that was not good. I bought it for $11,000 and still paying more money. And not go there and buy. I have him in court and he is a coward. The engine was bad and his warranty does not want to pay. All the lights were on the board after 1 hour. Upset and not happy. Money is hard to get just to give it to somebody that wants to steal.
