I purchased a pajama set from them and I only received a top of the pajama, according to their customer service you have to select individually the top and the bottom, but thats not what the description of the itself or the picture shows! Very confusing! Also for almost $40 thats a pretty expensive pajama top, without a bottom now. The quality is very poor as well. They need to do a better job describing their items. Not happy with my purchase at all.
This review is fabricated and unfortunately, Kerry is trying to tarnish our name for her simple mistake. Kerry provided the wrong zip code when she checked out so of course postal sent to to the address she provided. The package did not get lost by USPS, she just put an incorrect address when checking out and they sent it to the address she wrote. We offer free shipping on almost all of our items so we paid for the shipping to send it out to her in the timeframe she needed it by which was very fast. However, once it gets sent back to us she is demanding that we must pay for priority shipping to get it to her quicker! We are willing to ship it back out to her if she paid for the shipping this time around but instead she wrote terrible reviews about us on every platform because of our 'horrible customer service'? Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority here at the Up2 HQ and we are unhappy that this 1-star review will stay on our page. The customer service was horrible at best. The package was very late and ended up getting lost by the USPS. When I contacted the seller to see if she could look into it and help me, all she did was tell me what the tracking info already told me. My package went from one post office to another and was over two weeks late. The post office told me it was being returned to sender so when I reached out and told them to look for the item, they said Id have to pay shipping on this item to have it shipped back. So basically I paid for an item that was two weeks late, still wasnt delivered to its destination, and then I have to pay extra to get it done correctly after it wasnt handled properly in the first place? Thats pretty ridiculous if ya ask me. Luckily it finally arrived. Up2ournecksinfabric more like Up2ournecksinbadservice.
