I had emt come out to remove solar panels, replace the roof and reinstall the panels. They changed the prices several times, didn't replace the skylight ,as the salesman said they would. Forgot to hook up the old skylight , so they had to come back and never installed flashing on another part of the replacement job. Update: I received feedback from this company that said someone would reach out to remedy the issue with the flashing and still have heard nothing back.

So, i had another solar company install their system on my house. Install is complete all but switching my outside meter. Now having problems getting a return phone call from the company. I had made a post on a random solar ad on fb about my troubles. Well Matt Cassidy from EMT Renewables reached out to and offered his help. He was very knowledgeable and more than happy to help me resolve my issue. Makes me wish i had had found them instead of my current company. This is def a company that is all for the customer and not their wallet. He was willing to help me even tho it was doing nothing for his company.
