As a buyer, FHP were very aggressive and in my opinion use a bullying approach to sales. They tried to force an exchange within 4-6 weeks regardless of the legal process. They also implied they made an admin error on the price and sent an amended offer letter a month later, with the date, the same as the original letter and increased the price. They tried to get me to pay for a survey even though I'd have to pay for a separate survey through my mortgage lender as they wanted to secure a purchase for our vendors. I wouldn't sell any property through FHP for buyers to experience the same dreadful experience I had to endure
We found that Mr Steve Grey was very professional and the valuation he carried out to be the best valuation and the most accurate, at this point I would like to say "thank you" for his help. We were moving into a rental whilst we looked for our new home, we informed FHP rentals of this but received no information to aid our search for a rental home, we were a little dissatisfied with this. Towards the completion we were receiving far to many calls from FHP asking if we had found a rental , which only added to our anxiety at this stressful point. We would suggest a better system of sales and rental department communication to assist where required the customer. Having said all of the abovementioned, we would still use FHP again if required.

Steven, Jules and Amelia provided a fantastic service from start to finish throughout the process of selling my property. Their professionalism and attention to detail whilst navigating a difficult sale process was outstanding. I wouldnt hesitate with using FHP living again and would recommend to anyone.
