I had to give 1 star - A truely shocking experience, very nearly put me off renting altogether, but I had faith in other Estate AGENTS - I have never ever experienced such bad Customer Service in my life - please please stay away from them - they do not deserve your custom. They make a judgement on you, even before the application process has started. Luckily, I have had my faith re stored by one of your Competitors.

This company remains a very bad company to rent with. We initially rented out for six months, only to have countless people coming to check out our apartment, thereby invading our privacy. On one occasion, one of them asked us when we were leaving. Their arrogance and treatment of us in paying us back our full one month rent because we had to leave early has been so fraudulent. I wouldn't recommend them to any prospective tenant.

I would like to commend the professionalism and patience of Bairstow Eves staff especially Alice Ingram who was the property manager for the house I am currently renting. Things were not straight forward as I had hoped however Alice handled the situation in a friendly yet professional manner. She always kept me informed and communication was clear and honest which I appreciated. In the end I managed to get a home that my family and I love. Thank you Alice :)

This 5 star review is all down to the hard work and down to earth loveliness of Kieran Shaw. I've had bad experience with Estate Agents in the past but Kieran was nothing like I usually expect estate agents to be. He was not pushy or manipulative and really made me feel comfortable. He spoke to me like a human being rather than an opportunity to make money and I'm very grateful for that. He gave me all the information I needed and helped me secure a flat in Nottingham quickly and with no stress. Thank you very much Kieran.

As a tenant, if you want to be ripped off and receive poor service the second something goes wrong, use this branch. Last year i signed a contract for a furnished flat, turned out to be unfurnished by the time i moved in and no one bothered to inform me! Bilal, who rented it never called me back, maybe once out of six requests, in the end i got the contract cancelled with the branch manager, but still ended up losing the rip off letting fee (over 300) and the first month rent and deposit. I'd forgotten all about this bad experience when today i receive, totally out the blue over a year later, an email from Bairstow saying i owe them money!!! 60 for "rental arrears" What a joke, i think this company has had enough money out of me and they must be struggling to make a profit if they need to go back and try to squeeze money out of former tenants from years back. Horrible company, avoid!
