Worst experience Ive ever had at mechanics. Staff is beyond rude and they are absolute crooks! Youve been warned! I wouldnt even give them on star but google makes you to leave a review. P.S. There positive reviews seem to be fakes as well. Dont be hustled by these con artists.

Car Masters has been our mechanic of choice for a number of years. They always provide great service and Michelle and Tim are very proactive in helping us fit our cars into the schedule, even on short notice.
I remember my first experience at Car Masters. I had to have my battery replaced and it ended up being more work then what was quoted. When I was checking out, Michelle told me what was going on BUT didn't charge me more, only asked that i remember them the next time i needed work done on my car. That sealed the deal for me and since the late 90's this is the only place i take my car. I HIGHLY recommend their workmanship, fair price and friendliness. Any person that states they need work done on their car, there is only one place i recommend. How many people actually know the names of the people that take care of their car, well i do, and i say thank you to Michelle, Tim and Tom!
Hello Whitney, We take all our reviews very seriously and do all we can to take care of our customers. Since I have not had the opportunity to discuss this vehicle with you in person I will respond publicly. From what I have gathered from the car owner, the vehicle is low on antifreeze. An overheating vehicle has NOTHING to do with an Air Conditioning repair, (we worked on the ac system.) The AC System runs on refrigerant and the Cooling system runs on antifreeze. I can only assume the ac quit working because the vehicle was overheating, therefore the ac will not work. Now, We 100% warranty all our work, 24 months, 24,000 miles. If any repair we have done is defective we will replace or reimburse any customer, we just have to have the opportunity to do so. If an oil leak is still present, as I discussed with you sister in law, we need to be able to see it to fix it, or if another certified service center does, we will be happy to discuss those findings. As I also discussed with the car owner, since this vehicle has over 200,000 miles on it and the maintenance history is not known, OTHER PROBLEMS and repairs needed are very likely. I welcome both of you all in with the vehicle, we will rack the vehicle and go over everything we see with you right beside us.
