This is not the place you want to go to for screen printing or I imagine anything. Do not come here if you are starting a brand. Do not come here to build a business relationship. I had such bad quality before this place that I thought when I came here it was so much better. I was WRONG. After ditching this place and finding a professional screen printer in Los Angeles my expectations were met and surpassed. I really would not come here if you are looking for quality, on time production, consistency, customer service. The lady in the front never has any idea what is going on and will always say that the Cesar or Nas is at lunch or too busy. Never should a company be too busy for money at their doorstep. I was told "I'm not their only order", "Your artwork is why it looks messed up", I even drove down to the shop one time to place a new order still waiting on my past one and only to see it in the corner of the shop so I asked why it was there and the girl said "oh I guess it's done?..Do you want it?" Yeah I wanted my order, and when I looked it was all messed up on the inside and she tried saying it was my artwork and the lines were too thin to print. SO then I asked if they are incapable of printing such small lines why wasn't I notified. And she snapped in defense and told me to wait while she talked to the printer. The thing is I know screen printing and I know the process. The reason why my order was messed up is because they messed up the emulsion process. They messed up the insidelines and it's literally called Insidelines. Anyway horrible place and I had to fight for my money back inside a little risky dink office on a plastic couch/chair.
