Kreighton, as the owner of Solargreen, I would like to personally apologize for your experience. The light kit you mentioned had to be specialty wired because of the lack of existing electrical. This is uncommon in most of our work, and we require an outside electrician in order to comply with Colorado code. Your experience with the contracted electrician does not reflect our commitment to customer service and satisfaction. This is the first I am hearing of your negative experience, and I am personally committed to making this right.

Unreliable, feels like I was scammed on the full installation. I paid for Solargreen to install a lighted solar tube, paid for a light kit and was told they would send an electrician. He no-showed. They never followed up so I reached out and they sent another electrician. When he showed he could not install as he had not been informed I needed new wiring. He promised to return and make it right and never returned. In the interim, I called another electrician myself who did not know anything about the product and SolarGreen left behind no information that I could provide him. I reached out to SolarGreen asking for help, and at least asking for a refund of the light kit and got no response. Very disappointing and negative experience.

Brad and his team are great to work with. We are pleased with the Indow window and so certain that Brad loves what he does. Even though there are some delays, Solargreen updated me when needed and managed my expectation. Will definitely use them again!

We had the solar tube sky light in our other house so we were familiar with the product. I called 5 different vendors and only solar green and another company responded. The price was similar for both; the other vendor represented the Velux brand. From my understand the Solar Tube offers a brighter reflection and has been producing these tubes for years. That along with my satisfaction with this brand led me to choose Solar Green. Lake presented himself as very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Though we waited a couple of months before going ahead with the install they honored the price that was originally quoted. Lake came by to do the install and within 3 hours we had LIGHT streaming through our long dark hallway. With the 30% tax credit, this is one home improvement that will certainly pay for itself when it is time to sell.
