Shocking Service!! Avoid like the Plague! Absolute Shocking Service!! Spent 4K on 28th October 2019, only to get the wrong footstool which cost 400. When we contacted Head offIce, a lady called Alice basically said Tough. Apparently it was our fault as weve signed the invoice, which had the wrong details on. How on earth were we suppose to know furniture codes?? The driver told us to keep the incorrect footstool until the replacement was sent, he even wrote this on the delivery note! I Went to the showroom, Dave Asst Mgr Said someone would call me as they stated we had signed the invoice! Again, I told them how would a customer what the codes were written on the invoice!! 6th Jan 2020:- Head Office Called me and Aaron confirmed that they would send us the correct one. I even sent him a picture off the one we wanted, I mean how clear could I have been?? 13th Feb:- Delivery arrived 7.10am wrong pattern footstool again, and then to have a customer sales advisor tell me thats what you ordered!! 3 months later and still no Footstool...the story continues! This place is a JOKE!! If your going to buy some furniture this weekend DO NOT BUY FROM NCF!!

Great place for home furniture. Got some excellent selection of carpet and very good quality too. Very happy with the service and install of my carpets. I also brought a mattress from here and it was best choice I ever made. Great nights sleep and so comfortable and exactly what i needed. Competitive prices for great quality items.

Previously impressed by product range and service however opinion quickly changes after recent v poor experience. Made to feel very uncomfortable by furniture sales man who stalked us round store and used aggressive selling techniques. He stormed off when we were not buying. Unfortunately for us he served us in flooring section!! Over quoted number of boxes required initially and miscalculated underlay cost. Refused to sell us the underlay when he recognised his error. Again stormed off after we paid for flooring. Shocking customer service and felt very intimidated by his attitude and behaviour toward us. compllained to management who listened to our concerns and apologised. Don't see myself returning there again!
