Some of the team is efficient and very nice, the remainder is very blah. I made an appointment, arrived on time and they had me waiting for more than 20 minutes Additionally, I filled out the e-forms ahead of time and they did not have them. I had to refill them and still had to wait the extra 30 min. When I inquired as to how much longer, look at the time and my appt, etc....I was told, I was next and they were waiting for space. I got up, left. Received a call about 5 min after asking if I wanted to reschedule. Um, no thanks! I eventually ended up at Grand Central Optical where I was treated upon arrival, all was paperwork was ready and all went without a hitch, quick and personalized service.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times. They overschedule appointments. Dont go unless you have a lot of time to spare waiting around.

Very good care but they are more expensive than other Lens Crafters.
So bad (I wish I could post zero stars) such that I shall be writing a letter to LensCrafters and to AARP, which engendered my visit, outlining their poor service.
