The employees are rude, and I ask if I can use there bathroom, they ask me to wait by the door that someone was going to open door, nobody did. is a real shame how they treat customers.
Usually I dont write reviews but after today I refuse to shop at this Raplhs again. Ive visited this store four times and each time Ive experienced terrible customer service. The front end cashier manager was extremely rude and unfriendly during checkout, and even got frustrated with me when their card reader started acting up. She also tossed my groceries to the lady bagging when scanning them ( lady bagging was very nice unlike her manager). Also the time before last, the older male cashier had a horrible attitude and was rude during checkout due to the long lines, saying things under his breath as if we could not hear. I understand that working as cashiers can be frustrating at times and people do have bad days, but the employees (mainly the ones with longevity and whom have management positions) here are rude and have attitude problems which they feel they can take out on the customers. Hopefully the store director sees this an makes some changes with how their employees interact with customers.
