I called Monday they told me they were closed Tuesday to call Wednesday morning and I called right when they opened even took the day off work to be available for anytime this day and then they tell me today is tight they can't do it, very unprofessional and wated my time and cost me a day of pay for nothing!!!!

I drove out after talking to someone about replacing a remote. After identifying the correct replacement, I was told he would call me back Monday so he could order. I never received the call. I called the store back and weirdly, the person that helped me always unavailable, but he will call me back!!! Sure!
Took my 2014 Hyundai Equus there for some window tinting .Wasnt sure on what darkness percentage window tint I wanted.But the young lady and her staff pointed me in the right direction because I didnt want it to dark. I went with a carbon tint 30%. The quality and finish of the tint is perfect. Highly recommend. Coming back next week to get a radar detector hardwire into the vehicle.Great Job HP.
Hey Bryan, when you called and we spoke, I explained that because of the type of work you were asking us to do, we really needed to see the car in order to give you an accurate estimate on the price, and the time frame to do the job. I am very sorry that over the phone you interpreted my tone as having an attitude. Thats certainly not the case. Sometimes it can get really busy and that day in particular, we had a showroom full of customers and only 2 of us behind the counter. I think at one point you may have also spoken with Luis... Literally every person I talk to on the phone has an attitude and is condescending. I promise that I have tried to give them more chances, but every time I call back someone new and even more rude is answering. I'm the customer, but for some reason they make it seem like I'm the one wasting their time. All I want is a quote, but even that seems too difficult a question for these people. I got a rough, emphasis on "rough", quote. As soon as I got the very wish washy quote, they just hung up on me. I did not even get to ask follow up questions. What a joke of a place. Imagine what they would do to my car if I actually brought it to them.
