They made a mistake with our car transportation but made up for it by multiples. Everyone is human and makes mistakes but they went above and beyond to make it right. Wonderful custom service! The four seasons never disappoints.
Dear Al G, Thank you for your feedback, we are so pleased you enjoyed your time with us and thought it was high end and top class as always. We look forward to welcoming you back. Best, Mali Carow - Hotel Manager
We were so excited about this Omakase premium experience at the Four Seasons. As per the description of the event: Act fast, because this is a pop-up you wont want to miss: Restaurateur Ryan Chadwick (who introduced Aspen to Daisuke Nakazawa and owns Taikun in New York City) has brought veteran sushi master Yoshikazu Kazu Ebina to the Four Seasons to prepare an extraordinary nightly 15-course omakase menu But Kazu was not part of this event, instead it was Soya whom has zero personality zero experience at hosting, threw pieces of sushi on the same plate all night. A premium event that doesnt change your plate after every meal, dessert was a ball of ice, which is normally a palate cleanser. Big scam and I highly recommend Four Seasons change the description on the details of this event!
