Very disappointed with Fresh Connection. My husband and I had a tasting with them prior to our wedding and enjoyed the food. On our wedding day, we received a totally different meal. The food was bland, dry and nothing close to what we taste tested. When I emailed them, they responded that we had a different chef on our wedding day and that they mixed up a recipe which is why our food tasted different. Overall displeased with the experience. If youre going to offer a tasting, make sure couples receive the same (or similar) food on their wedding day.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would. My fiancé and I hired them a year ago to cater our wedding, the chef and event coordinator we started out with were absolutely incredible- amazing food and friendly people! They had us so impressed we didnt even consider other caterers and booked them the day of the tasting. Now we are 2 weeks away from our wedding and we couldnt get anyone to respond to us regarding finalizing the details and payment after multiple attempts so we finally decided to go in person- they never even had us on their calendar or kept any form of record of the deposit we paid to finalize the booking a YEAR in advance. It was an absolute nightmare, their only explanation was that they had a complete change in staff throughout that period due to covid. Unprofessional, would not recommend!
Hi Gordon, it's not that we closed early, our Cafe has been closed for the month of October, like everyone else in the hospitality industry, we have been short on staff. We will be reopening on Nov 9, hope to see you then.

Not sure why they close early. Online it says they're open until two yet when I went inside the two people inside eating made it evident that they're closed and I should have seen the "sign on the door".
