My previous eye doctor of over 20 years passed away, so I had to find my family a new one. Dr. Yip was found through my insurance, so I thought I would give him a try. The staff is friendly and courteous. My daughters eye glasses got lost so they gave us a call to let us know the status and why its been taking so long. The office is clean and organized. I was told that I would get a rebate and was quoted a specific amount, but when I went to fill it out, it was for less. Other than that, I like Dr. Yip. Hes very knowledgeable and also teaches us about our eyes and conditions along with how we can care for them. UPDATE: My daughters glasses are STILL, lost 3 months later. My husband and I tried to resolve this and the staff said they cant get a hold of the factory who makes the glasses. I called my insurance and they called the doctors office to help them get into their portal. I still have not heard back. I politely called the other day to get an update, making sure not to bring up my previous frustrations and they said I would get a call back in 24 hours. It has been 36 hours and still no call back. Their solution was for us to use their factory and we can get a discount. WHAT?! Im not paying for insurance for NOTHING.
Had an eye exam several weeks ago. Went somewhere else to get new glasses. When the glasses came in, I couldn't see anything clearly and objects in the distance were so blurry, I almost saw doubles. New glasses were checked and they matched the prescription I received from Dr. Yip's office. Paid $90 to get a new eye exam at a different location. My prescription from this place was WAY off. Staff was great, but I will not go here again, nor will I recommend this facility.

Dr. Yip was so great! Explained everything to me so I can understand what was going on and taught me how to not strain my eyes as much. Kristine was also very kind and knowledgeable! Appointment was quick and easy!!!!
