In fact a review of T3 and a particular member of BA team, on the early flight to Krakow and have to say it was wonderful service from the lovely Mary, who set me and my father off on our boys trip, her kindness made our morning! Thank you
They cancelled 2 of our key flights out of six. Took 3 days of calling to get them rebooked. The rebooking meant staying in Germany days longer and the costs associated. When we went to take rebooked flight the agents in the airport told us we don't have a ticket booked and our luggage is not going to the right place either. Worst experience ever! P.S. on the first part of the trip they lost my luggage for 4 days. The experience is INSANE!!
BA is just an appalling airline. We had our home leg canceled and had to book hotels, they separated prebooked seats at the gate for no reason then provide terrible customer service when asked why. Their aircraft have poorly maintained interiors (even newly refitted aircraft) JUST TERRIBLE.
Was excited to hear they were one of the first international airlines to drop the requirements but it's not true, most of their routes still require it - just a PR stunt This was a great opportunity for them to buy customers loyalty as they only airline which honours passengers freedom of choice whether to wear or not wear a given there is no scientific data confirming they actually work. Generally one of the more expensive airlines but usually reliable for that cost
