I called and made an appointment, stated clearly that I need some new contact lenses, my vision has not changed. After about 10 minutes discussion of the costs, the administrative staff on the phone told me that my out of pocket costs will be $10. I arrived and the examination took between 15 to 20 minutes and the bill was for $400 . After calling the office complaining about the charges, they reduced by $89, my out of pocket costs was $80, however the total cost for the examination was $311, I told them it outrageous for such a simple 15min examination. After 20+ years with office, I will not be coming back. Ask questions and be clear about the costs of the examination so you won't be surprised as I did. By the way I do like the doctor, she is good, just not the fees, especially most of the examination are not complicated.

This optometrist store is nothing special. Don't offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. My wife wasn't happy with her glasses. They wouldn't take them back or change them. Not even a prescription check. She ended going to Costco and getting glasses again. I prefer Lens Crafters. They offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
