Hey Kenneth. A little disappointing to see that you have left us a negative review after our initial communication seemed very positive. We typically stick to a policy of not installing products that were not produced by us in case of unforeseen problems with manufacturing defects or installation issues that are out of our control. In your case, we were willing to make an exception, but due to the material your decal was produced with, was not the typical "air release" vinyl we would recommend for your application, we quoted a higher installation cost to cover any remake work that might be required. Sorry that you felt the service you received in this case didn't meet your expectations and warranted a one-star review. Happy to see that you were able to complete the application satisfactorily by yourself

I brought in a hood decal and called them to help me install it. They said bring it in to give you a price to get it done, sit down people, his price was $800 to do the job..... me .... whaaaaaaaaaat???? I left and looked up in YouTube how to get it done and came out good.

I am the owner of Lajawab and Signorama did not check the sign before installing at our property. We paid almost all the amount and the sign was lighting up the wrong color and the company refused to fix their error. They stole the sign off of our property and were not willing to fix their error. This is beyond disgusting and fraudulent and they have yet to return the sign after we paid 15k for it. I would not recommend to anyone. Please think twice before using this company.

Huge regrets using Signarama. My investors will be suing this company for tens of thousands of dollars of damages. The owner of this location literally sent his guys to steal our sign back after we paid them 90%+ of the contract amount (upwards of $10k), all because the color of the sign was not to our specifications. We requested it to be fixed before we paid our final $1k, and they sent debt collectors and refused to fix it. On top of that, they stole and destroyed the sign from our location in the middle of the night. What kind of business does that? We're in discussion with the Signarama corporation, because this Piscataway location should not exist. BEWARE.
