Sadly, we've been through all of our patient records and financial data and cannot find the name "sabirah na'eelah" anywhere. Consequently our doctor may not have seen this patient. That being said, at the time of the exam we document if the patient normally wears glasses, contacts or both. Some patients choose glasses but tell us they will come back for contacts. Many choose contacts and opt to come back for glasses. We are happy to fit contacts at anytime. If the contact lens fit occurs within a year (and is successful) we consider the Rx valid and will release it to the patient or the vendor. Night vision can only be improved with an anti-glare coat on the eyeglass lens. So I let my staff go over the various options concerning that. BTW-wearing anti-glare glasses over contacts does not work.

First and last time! I had a complete eye exam and wasn't measured for contacts. I've never had to ask at any eye exam. I didn't know this until I went to order contacts and was told that the doctor didn't approve the order. Also, they make you fill out a questionnaire about any problems you may be experiencing. I noted several and they were never addressed by the doctor. During the exam, I was trying to explain to the doctor that I have some serious issues with night vision and he blew me off. I felt rushed and very dissatisfied. Now I have to find another optometrist in area to address my concerns and to get a prescription for my contacts. I was seen in your office and issues with night vision wasn't the only issue that I noted. But as I stated, I did bring up the issue of night vision during the exam. You never mentioned anything about the anti reflective lenses, you just ignored me.

Dr. Bohden is the best eye doctor I've ever been to. His exams are very thorough and he and his staff are all fantastic. They explain the eye exam, every step of the way. They are very helpful picking out eyeglasses. The appointments are always on time. Highly recommend Vision Without Limits.

During your examination and eyeglass purchase; you and your spouse chose to go with minimum expense and chose the least expensive products. We always offer suggestions based on your prescription needs that will benefit you. We never try to sell products just for the money. Neither you or your spouse were able to tolerate the new prescription that Dr. Bohdan prescribed. When you brought us a prescription from another doctor, we agreed to fill that prescription at no charge in place of ours. You were still unable to tolerate the prescription prescribed by that doctor. Your wife was unable to tolerate the prescription from her previous doctor. When all is said and done, we refunded both you and your wife what was paid towards the eyeglass purchase. We even refunded you your exam copay.

I left this business disgusted, disappointed and ripped off. Had a very bad experience. They seem to only care about getting as much money from you and your insurance company as possible. They don't seem to care about their patients or their patients vision. Only the $$$ Would NEVER go back here
