Their main shop department has gone significantly down hill. You try to call them, good luck getting through to anyone. You cant get anyone to answer their phone in that department when all you are looking for is answers as to what is going on with your vehicle that they have in their shop after days of not hearing anything. Better off dealing with a local smaller shop.

Basil Ford service is the best. They are very friendly And are efficient in getting service done on my car. There are closer Ford dealership service centers to where I live, but I always go back to Basil Ford because of their high quality service.

I scheduled an appointment over a month ago for airbag replacement, which was a recall on my vehicle. They couldnt offer me a weekend appointment as they only do recalls during the week. My appointment was for 8am, I was expecting it to take an hour or two to complete. After calling 6hrs later, they stated my vehicle will be ready by 6pm (they sent a text saying it was ready @ 5:04. Courtesy shuttle picked me up @5:30. After driving home I looked at my passenger dashboard and it was scratched up and now my glove box wont close with ease and the clip on the left-hand side is broken/didnt notice the glove box issue until I opened it. Called them immediately and was told they dont touch the dashboard at all they go thru the glove box. Well after viewing online tutorials they go through the dash with a screw driver and glove box. I have NEVER in my life experienced this type of service. Completely unexceptionable customer service. Never again!
