Even when you ask them to give you a final statement, they provided it, however after a year or more passed they will keep sending you bill statements that after all that time you will not know what is it about. So Im not coming back. Someone is not doing their job, and you will pay for someones ineptitude

You are on a journey and for some people that journey is immediate, and for others it may take longer. I do not show any record of a request from you to see Dr. Filutowski in the 4 visits, not 6, that you have had with us since your surgery. You are receiving and will continue to receive the best care possible however we cannot perform miracles. Everyones body recovers differently.

So disappointed in my SMILE procedure performed by Dr. Filutowski! After 2+ months, my vision is still blurring and in constant pain (dryness). I went back 6 times to determine what went wrong (Dr. Filutowski himself did not see me once during those appointments), and all that was offered to me was an eyeglass prescription (because 20/20 was not met) and a corrective surgery in 6 months. After spending $5400, I would expect better customer service than what I did.

Professional team and extremely clean office. All the staff is knowledgeable and the doctors are excellent. All options and costs were fully explained. An update to my original review: my husband and I made an appointment at the same time for our surgical recheck to save time. His appointment was scheduled at 2:50 and mine at 3:10. They didn't take us in at the same time and didn't listen when I asked about it. We didn't finish our appointments and leave until after 4:30. It was supposed to be a short appointment. Took less than 20 minutes for the tests and to see the doctor but stretched to over an hour and a half. Everyone was very apologetic. We'll see how the next appointment goes in 4 months.

Everyone was so wonderful and nice to me and got me in and out! They let my boyfriend film my lasik so I thought Id share! I was highly impressed and felt no pain! I also could see almost perfect immediately! Thank you Dr Filutowski!

I received cataract surgery and then the corrective surgery so I wouldn't have to wear glasses. While in surgery the nurse stated "it's torn" and I constantly see a scratch. After I left this review the doctor took time to call me and explain what happened when removing cataracts sometimes there are underlying issues but he is going to repair it since it's still bothering me. My right eye has an issue also the doctor stated that I need to see a specialist but at least it's getting repaired which I appreciate. I was frustrated because I went back 3 times and one doctor said "your brain will get used to it and you won't notice it anymore" but I want it fixed. The original doctor was and is very kind.
