Had them put my name on a cloth body armor carrier and specifically showed / asked them to not sow the pieces together. Not only did they sow them together but they also took it upon themselves to not center my name which was requested. So it's now useless/ruined and done wrong. Never using them again and I'm out $130 from the vest they ruined.

The embroidery was wonderful but the care for the shirts was not. I brought in 4 Columbia dry fit shirts to be embroidered and all my shirts came back snagged in several different places. Once you pull a thread on this fabric it's ruined. Very disappointed this time. I spent over $70 for the embroidery and $25 on each shirt that when washed with be unwearable. $170+ down the drain.

Told me it was going to be done not the same day but the next came back the next day after telling him Im on a time schedule and I came back the next morning wasnt on time and was talking on the phone not finishing work and told me I had to wait for a hr a half really was 2 hrs had me late for work
