I wish i could give any less stars to a high end retail shop. They manipulate and dodge you, I bought a display Bag for my wife marked price and the guy said to me just bring it back in case there is any issue or a problem. He also promised free cleaning from their specialized staff who were not present at the shop at that time. I went to Bicester Village the following day and liked another Bag at Coach so I bought that Bag, thinking that i would return the other one that I bought from Regent Street. Long story short, I took the bag back to them only to find out there was no return policy on the bag as it was a sale item. Even though the back of receipt clearly states there is a 30 day refund policy which changes to 14 days in the sale events. The guy had smartly sneaked in Exchange only stamp at the time of sale on the front of the receipt, which I never saw as I was not bothered about checking the receipt and he cleverly mis sold the Bag. They plainly refused to consider my request and hesitantly gave me customer service number. I called the number to find out they are only customer service for online shopping but they gave an email address to send email to. Sent email, started putting my complain, answered in the beginning that they will check and come back to me, 2 weeks wasted & no answer, kept chasing and finally I was told we cannot do anything and you have to go back to store and discuss it with them. Very cheaky !! I called Trading standards and they said since the stamp is there, not much can be done except for getting the money back through credit card company. I have raised my dispute with my bank now & I intend to take it right to the end with these cheating Posh retailers. BAD - WORSE - WORST - Customer service
