I ordered 2 big buefords with no ketchup no onion and a chicken and fry box with a Buffalo sauce.. I drove 15 mins home, realized both sandwiches had ketchup and onion and I didn't get the sauce for my chicken/fry box. So I drove back up there, 30 mins worth of gas for their mistake and when I told them what happened instead of asking for anything free since I burned 5 dollars in gas for their mistake, all I asked for was a Buffalo sauce and a ranch and they told me they had to charge me for the extra sauce and I said please give me the extra sauce for free since I had to burn 5 dollars in gas to come get what I paid for originally. They wouldn't even give me an extra sauce after not giving me the free sauce and screwing my order up. Legit told them I work for the same hourly wage as them so the 30 mins of driving back is killing me. It's just funny I guess. Literally one sauce I asked for instead of make my whole meal free for doing that

We ordered and was told to pull to the other side. We then waited for 27 mins before we received our food. At which time we looked at the order and some items were missing and 1 was made wrong. Terrible experience.

Sat in drive through 20m before anyone came to take an order, blocked in of course. Finally got an order put in. Got to the window and paid then was told I had to go through the OTHER drive through to even get my food. So here I am, waiting at the back of the line AGAIN, STUCK, without the food I've ALREADY PAID FOR! Why take my card and money before telling me I'd have to wait again?? I would've just left instead. And what's up with not giving me my food AT THE WINDOW?!?

Much as I love Checkers old menu, things changed after the pandemic. The 2 for 6 doubles are good. And, the cheap, classic burger is cost effective for the average poor person needing to fill their gut. *The other night your guys made my 3 All America Burgers very well! I'll always love Checkers. You got the 5th star back.
