Terrible experience and customer support - 1) ordered item from web-site in canada - was charged more since site did not show that it was USD 2) contacted chat to cancel order 5 min after 3) item arrived in 3 weeks anyway 4) spent 4 weeks to get return label 5) receved money but not all.
From my past experience with Belkin, they are an awesome company to deal with on warranty issues...if you can get through to a rep. NOW, my current situation, not so much. Currently on hold for 67 minutes and not a single person has offer any assistance. Understandably it is January 4th, and they're probably slammed with the Holiday season, but at least give us an option to leave a number for a callback when they're not so busy.
