I had appointment to have oil change at 915am I was on time for appointment and was told it would be a 2hr wait I asked how could that be when I have appointment the service guy told.me because there are 30 oil changes today I then told him that cant be due to the fact when i booked the appointment there was like maybe 3 or 4 people ahead of me .... so they dont honor appointments at all the lady who checked in 5.mins before me.didnt ha e appointment and was told her car would be ready in a hour or so that's terrible business as far as I'm concerned
I'll hold off on sharing what I really feel about this place and state only the facts. Fact: I inquired about a Honda Accord Sport that I saw on Car Guru. I reached out to the dealer directly from their website rather than from Car Guru and that car was still showing as available. Fact: Stephanie informed me that it was indeed available and an appointment was scheduled right away with Mohamed Alshafi (who'd rather go by Mike). Stephanie texted me the address, which I clicked directly into from my phone, only to land in the wrong lot. Apparently they have more than one lot on the same street. Mohamed called me and asked me where I was and I explained to him that I was right outside and he said that he could not see me. He then realized that I was sent to the wrong lot and explained that he was just literally down the street. Fact: He proceeds to tell me that the car I had inquired about is at that other lot down the street. It takes me only a couple of minutes to get to the next lot. Fact: When I arrive there, Mohamed greets my son and I and then proceeds to tell us that the car I was inquiring about was no longer available as it was sold the previous night (but you just told me two minutes ago that the car I was inquiring about was at the other lot...hmmmm). He then says that he has a comparable car to show me. He says that it has less mileage and it's cheaper in price. I asked him if it was a Honda Accord (because I wasn't there to be told what car I wanted to buy but rather for that specific car I had inquired about). He says that it's a Hyundai and it was parked as if he had prepared it for showing. At that point, we didn't even want to hear his slimy pitch. We had gone there for one specific car that I was told was available and I would be able to test drive. He offered to look at the inventory to see if there was another Honda Accord that he could show us. I had already done my homework and had looked at their inventory, just in case something grimy like this happened and I already knew that they had no other used Honda Accord Sport. Fact: The Honda Accord Sport that they continue to advertise as available on both Car Guru and their website shows as still available. Fact: That's a fat lie as the car is not available. Fact: They have no problem lying to you to get you there. Fact: They use deceitful practices and false advertising. Shop at your own risk.
Much better service than what I was provided by Stockton Hyundai. This is where I'll be going for now on for any automotive needs on my Sonata. After several service trips to Stockton for the same problem, the issue was finally fixed in Modesto. Brandon was great. He explained everything and helped get the job done right. They failed to find the vehicle with all the options that we wanted and now we are having to go to aftermarket equipment that we wanted stock also failed to return my wife's driver's license after making a photo copy of it very disappointed in the experience we put almost half of the purchase price down payment and I feel we were taken advantage of .
