The quality isn't cheap at all. We use tri blend Bella Canvas or Next Level shirts. The tri blend shirts are true in size, don't shrink and wash very well. Some people prefer the heavy cotton shirts and we do carry them at our store. The heavy cotton shirts are actually much less expensive for us to purchase. We would be happy to exchange your purchase for a heavy cotton shirt. I will look into offering on our website, the choice of contacting us if you prefer the heavier cotton shirt. Like I said, at our store, we will have people specifically request the heavier cotton shirt and we always try to accommodate. One more thing, our prices are on the lower end for local t shirt shops in Cleveland. We're adjusting to the pandemic like everyone else and haven't raised our prices in 4.5 years. After being featured on Fox 8 news, I couldn't wait to order a shirt. Way over priced and the quality is really cheap. They do have a nice selection and shipping was pretty fast to Akron. I appreciate the response. The grey that I ordered has two different shades in it also. Happy Easter.

Worst customer service. I tried to return 2 T-shirts because I wasnt happy with the quality. I got nothing but attitude, they left me waiting and lied to me about not being able to refund my money and they can only do an exchange. Ill never give my business to you guys. And Ill make sure my friends and family know about your rude ways.

I love this place, friendly staff and so many options. Choose any piece of clothing you want and combine it with the template you like most. I was sceptical about them printing on the clothing in storen, wondered how durable the print would be, but it's durable and washable very nice. Went there for a baker Mayfield design and came home with three purchases. Already recommended to a lot of my friends.
