Such a poor experience - friendly but not very skilled. I spent time searching on Google for a reputable place near my home and assumed the cost and the use of 'Lycon' hot wax would mean the experience would be good. 'Lycon' wax is supposed to be for all hair types and is supposed to be for short hair also. I purposely went with the correct hair length as I wanted a proper finish. First wax since last lockdown. My therapist was junior or just unskilled - sadly I don't know her name otherwise I would have added to pre-warn others. She forgot to do the back for my Hollywood and another therapist had to come in a tidy up her job as her waxing techniques meant hairs split and she tried to blame it on ingrown hairs. Was given a 20% discount on total cost but I am shocked they are charging premium rates for their waxing. Utterly shocking waxing experience for a Spa situated in Notting Hill.

Manager was at the reception and took your payment, she also asked you - ''was everything okay?'' and you replied "Yes" It is very odd to ask for a refund 24hrs later. Booked 1 hour hot stone massage which was not of satisfactory quality. Also, it started 10-12 minutes late despite of me being 10 minutes early there, but finished bang on time. The bed covers were plastic and got sticky as massage progressed and very uncomfortable to lay on. When I made a complaint and requested refund, management approach was "can't help you" which is absolutely inappropriate for a service business and technically illegal.
If you book PCR test before 12 pm its 69.50 , but at 2 pm is already 79.50. The result however ready in the same 24 hrs. Why? Its a questing to the company management.
