Customer Service Center? More like Customer Disservice Center. I spoke with a woman who I could not believe is still employed. I hadn't even given my reason for calling and she snapped, "Yes? who is this?" I responded with my name and asked "how are you?" as I always do before I start my conversations. She responded, in an even MORE degrading tone, with a big dramatic sigh, "Who is this?!" It took me off guard. I haven't spoken to this woman but 7 seconds and she has already made up her mind that what I have to say is irrelevant. I'm so appalled with this company. Its no wonder they have 14 Reviews with a 2.9 Rating!!!! After being treated in such a way from someone in "Corporate" I would never ever recommend taking business here; Not residential, business, or in my case, a privately owned Corporation company. None of my clients will ever be referred here.

This lake should be considered as recreational for our community right, not any longer, just a few families can afford the high admission prices. But sure our city representatives dont care about this issue, may be they do not visit this lake because it is darker water.

They lock the gate at 8 and do not answer the phone. The showers are out of order No discounts, nothing. I was told I should have asked. The fee to camp with a table, no fire pit is $19.00 per day. for seniors. Also, the store is closed. No ice or forgotten necessities available.
