When you step foot in CrossFit OC3, you simply feel better. Are the workouts tough? Absolutely. Are the coaches the best? Absolutely. They all have fantastic tools to get every member/athlete/drop-in to understand the intended intensity of the workout, and then scale appropriately. 6/5 stars
