The absolute worst customer service I have ever received. After the trial shirt arrived late. They assured me the next larger order would meet my required date for the fundraiser. I am now 12 days late. Called every day this week with no reply but promises of a return call. Numerous emails left unanswered also. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. $500 down the drain which was meant to be a good company fundraiser for mens health. Has really taken the shine off the event for the boys.

Wouldn’t recommend!! I ordered a top on the 1st of December thinking it would be here by Christmas and it still hasn’t come, tried contacting but have had no reply!

Was a bit skeptical about ordering from them since I read some of the google reviews, but I contacted them through their Facebook page (I recommend contacting them through facebook instead of email) and they were extremely helpful and very responsiveness!!! Got my item on time and the product quality is amazing and fits well!! Will definitely be ordering from them again :) Special thanks to the my custom tees team and to the person replying and helping me in the Facebook page!!!!

DO NOT RECOMMEND I am beginning to think I might have been scammed... I have phoned 5 times in the last week to follow up on my order and have spoken to three different people, continually request call backs, emails etc. When I spoke with someone Monday 2 weeks ago I was informed that only part of my order was ready, I was given the option to ship what was ready and wait a few more days for the remainder. I gave the go ahead and was told I would receive my order by Wednesday the latest. I followed up the following Tuesday to be informed that my entire order was being processed that day and shipped that night and I would receive it by Thursday. I then phoned yesterday morning to again follow up on where my order was and was told the exact same thing that it was in production and would be shipped that day - I requested a phone call that afternoon to confirm that they had indeed been produced and shipped, I confirmed my name, phone number and order number several times and was assured that it would be processed and I would receive a phone call. I then phoned yesterday afternoon TWICE and this morning to be told that the sales team is busy and they'll pass on a message - sounds to me like they're dodging me....+ I placed this order and paid in full $360 on the 1ST NOVEMBER. Almost 4 weeks later and I still have absolutely no idea what on earth is going on, I have missed 11 events with T-shirts because of this delay. Their website states 5-7 business days production time. December is the Christmas rush not november so this is not a valid excuse - even if it was I have not been informed or had any courtesy calls/emails to say it's been delayed except for yesterday at 5pm....little too late sorry. I am abhorrent at the customer service and delivery promise they offer - If I had been privy that I would experience such difficulty and delay I would have used a different company and received my order weeks ago.
