We have worked with Trevor before to furnish a media room / playroom . He did a great job and everyone comments on the comfort and aesthetics of how the room came together . We returned recently to put together a dining room table and chairs . Trevor has such a nice personality , listens to your likes and dislikes ,and is so very easy to spend time with . His excellent suggestions along with his skilled background in interior design provide a great shopping experience . Visit with him for design service , , you will be glad you did !

Back in January I ordered two items from this store and was told that they would be delivered the next month. After receiving several emails pushing my delivery date all the way to June, I had to call numerous times until I landed on an agent in a different state. This agent was able to get one piece delivered to me months earlier than the emails stated. Since March I have been trying to get a refund for the item I did not receive. Ive called, spoke to employees, managers, NOTHING. I cannot believe its this much of a hassle to get back money for an item I never got. Everyone warned me about doing business with Bobs I wish I listened..!!!
