THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, DONT BUY FROM THIS AIRLINE. After waiting about 2 hours, we have had countless problems for wanting to travel with our assistance dog. It meets all the requirements and we did everything as indicated on the airline's website. we arrived at the place and apart from the fact that when we arrived there was no person from the airline working, everyone began to boo until the work staff began to arrive and there was a lady who apparently was the boss, shouting trying to calm people down, the other people still did not attend and nothing, a complete disaster. Then these girls who are talking to me, after going around 5 times without giving any solution, she tells us that the airline does not allow traveling with assistance dogs and that they will return my money in 7 business days. The guard fighting with people, not bad. Now I'm outside seeing what to do
