Thomas, Were really bummed to receive this review. Excellent customer service is our priority and we strive to respond to customer concerns with attention, acknowledgement and corrections when necessary. Unfortunately our current wait time is one week for skate modifications. Each client is important to us and for that reason we have a first come first serve policy with an ongoing waitlist for repairs and mounting. Unhelpful staff, rude, and unknowledgeable. Staff make you feel bad when you need their help and seem offended when theyre supposed to do their job. It is also ridiculous it takes over a week for anything to be fixed or put together by the shop- leaving customers to drill holes into their own skates. Smh

Hi Luna, we pride ourselves on customer service so I am surprised and very sorry to hear you were unhappy during your visit to our shop. In hearing from my team, they refunded the $40 once they were unable to replace the toe stops as part of the service during your visit, but if you didn't receive the refund or there is anything else we can do for you please call the shop and ask for the owner.

If this small business is trying to survive their customer service needs to be 100% better than it was when I visited. Condescending, inconsiderate, and impatient. And a $40 dollar service fee at any other skate shop they assemble as a formality. Good luck to this shop, a bad attitude isnt going to get you anywhere.

Awesome roller skating shop!! The owner of this shop knows her stuff and she is very welcoming to each and every customer thats for sure! As a former roller skater going into this shop brought back so so many great memories and was really great to see a shop like this here in the Bay Area! Everyone who did or does roller skate you should check out this shop for sure!! The more customers makes this shop to stay open for all of us!!
